how we do our business
We believe it’s important that our clients understand the entire application process. After the initial consultation, if you choose DNA Immigration and Education to assist you further with your visa application the following process will occur;
- We will prepare a Service Agreement including every detail about your chosen visa type including visa application process, approximate processing time, visa application charge, professional fee breakdown and refund policy.
- Once the Service Agreement is signed, we will start processing your visa application.
- Provide a document checklist in order to collect all required documents to prepare your application.
- Communicate with you of every step of your visa application by phone, skype, email or in person.
- DNA offers a variety of payment options depending on each individual’s specific circumstances.
